Our client wanted to effectively manage the different hotel services they have for their VIPs guests. They needed a tool to help guests choose any of the following with ease:

- Spa service
- Valet service
- Groceries delivery
- Extra cleaning
- Pick-ups and drop-offs
- Access to private events or exclusive locations
What Were The Challenges?
The client couldn’t scale with spreadsheets, and available tools in the marketplace were not produced specifically for this need.
They could hire a creative agency to help them but needed one with enough experience to complete the project without much direction.
We kicked off with the idea and created an all-in-one solution to handle this.
How we did it
We studied Great Dwelling’s target audience to create a platform they can adapt to quickly.
It was available on all devices with access to the internet, so guests can order using their mobile phones or computers from home.
So we created the “Interactive Guidebook for AirBnB.”
It’s an easy software that works fine for hotels and resorts, serviced apartments, and homeowners.
Once a guest orders a service, the staff members get prompts and attend to it at once. It gives room for efficiency and smartness.
It’s web-based, which means guests don’t need to download any app to use it.
